Subscribing in dealer's shop
- A dealer is a legal entity and UMC partner cooperating with UMC on the basis of the signed contract and acting as an agent during the drawing up of the documents for subscription to UMC.
- A dealer must provide all necessary information that will allow you to use UMC services.
- Concluding additional contracts between a subscriber and a dealer is a dealer's initiative. UMC is not responsible for such contracts.
Bill payment
- While subscribing to UMC network the number will be activated immediately after money is received on the subscriber's personal account. You may find out about your personal account status calling UMC Contact Centre at the number 8 800 508 5555 24 hours a day.
- Monthly fee in the bills is issued for coming month.
- Monthly fee in the first account consists of:
- Monthly fee issued for the coming month, PLUS.
- Monthly fee for the days your phone operating in the network last month.
- UMC recommends to pay advance payment. This will help your phone to be connected without suspension till next bill.
- If your phone is temporary disconnected for debts, you should pay for its connection according to the UMC tariffs (after your outstanding debt settlement).

- bundled minutes used – at the number 188 – call charge applied (for tariff packages with bundled minutes only);
- an outstanding debt on the personal account – at the number
977 - free of charge.

How to order the services
- You can order services:
- by phone – call UMC Contact Centre;
- personally – contact one of 30 UMC branches;
- in writing (for legal entities).
- Subscriber cannot order services if he/she has an outstanding debt to UMC. UMC employees provide information on services and ways of service the personal account to number owners only.
