111 – short mobile number used for calls from mobile phones connected to the UMC network (calls are free-of-charge in Ukraine). Through this number, new and existing UMC subscribers may find out tariffs, loyalty programs, services and their account status.

222 – emergency service number (from fixed phones – 8 044 240 0000). You may call to the specified numbers in case you have lost your phone, you have a question regarding blocking of your number, difficulties with SMS messages, as well as to express your wishes concerning the company’s coverage.

555 – number by which you may receive information about promotions, special offers and conditions for your numbers. Potential clients of the company may call from a fixed phone to number 8 044 240 0000 (free-of-charge within Ukraine) and receive general information about UMC: current promotions, tariffs, up-to-date questions, etc.

You may receive necessary information in the automatic mode using additional short numbers of the Client Call Center:

977 – free-of-charge inquiry on account status (for contract subscribers) or USSD request: *110*10#;

188 – inquiry about the number of bonus minutes used and package of services remains. The cost of a call is 0.26 UAH (with the VAT). It is used only for provision of information concerning packages with bonus minutes. Or free of charge USSD request: *110*20#.
